Cave tubing follows: inner tube, helmet, headlamp, and life vest fitting, then the 25-minute rainforest hike and the cave float through Nohoch Che’en. The cave section runs 45 minutes to an hour depending on water level — stalagmites and stalactites throughout, headlamps providing the only light. After the float, there is time to change before the final drive back to Belize City.

An active group with no firm return deadline and a genuine early start will manage the day well.
