These Travel Advisor Terms and Conditions apply to approved travel advisors, travel agents, agencies, concierges, and professional partners who use Private Belize Adventure advisor tools, referral links, guest booking links, commission records, and payout workflows.
This is a reviewed travel advisor commission program. It is not open public traffic marketing, pay-per-click advertising, or a public traffic-broker program. Advisor access is approved, monitored, and may be suspended or closed when needed to protect guests, the business, and booking records.
1. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Private Belize Adventure may approve, reject, suspend, or close a travel advisor account based on identity, agency fit, guest-service quality, compliance risk, fraud risk, or operational needs.
Approved advisors must keep account details accurate and may only use the advisor portal for legitimate Belize tour planning and booking activity.
2. Referral links and guest bookings
Approved advisors receive tracked referral links and guest booking links. Advisors may share those links with real travelers, clients, or agency contacts who are considering Private Belize Adventure tours.
Referral links must not be used for misleading advertising, spam, coupon abuse, false availability claims, unauthorized brand bidding, or any activity that misrepresents Private Belize Adventure, Belize tour operations, pricing, safety rules, or availability.
3. Commission eligibility
Commission is calculated only on eligible completed bookings that are properly attributed to the advisor account. Taxes, refunded amounts, optional fees, chargebacks, payment reversals, and amounts excluded by the booking record are not commissionable.
No commission is earned for clicks, impressions, general website traffic, inquiries, abandoned checkout sessions, cancelled bookings, refunded bookings, rejected bookings, or bookings that cannot be reasonably attributed to the advisor.
Private Belize Adventure may adjust, reverse, or hold commission records when a booking is cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, misattributed, or otherwise not payable.
4. Guest information and service standards
Advisors must handle guest names, emails, phone numbers, travel dates, pickup details, accessibility notes, and safety information responsibly and only for legitimate Private Belize Adventure booking purposes.
Advisors must not promise tour details, discounts, refunds, pickup rules, ship timing, medical suitability, accessibility accommodations, or operational arrangements that Private Belize Adventure has not confirmed.
5. Payout profile and payment schedule
Earned commission is payable only after the related tour is completed and the commission record becomes eligible for payout. Payouts are prepared and recorded manually by Private Belize Adventure.
Advisors must submit a valid payout profile before payment can be issued. Payment profile changes may require administrator verification before future payouts are prepared.
6. Account lifecycle
Private Belize Adventure may suspend, reject, close, or archive advisor accounts to protect guests, booking records, brand trust, legal compliance, or business operations. Closing an account does not delete historical booking, commission, statement, or audit records.
7. Changes to these terms
Private Belize Adventure may update these Travel Advisor Terms and Conditions when the advisor workflow, commission rules, payout process, legal requirements, or business operations change. Continued use of advisor tools after an update means the advisor accepts the updated terms.
