Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions apply to approved partners who promote Private Belize Adventure tours and receive commission for qualified completed bookings.

Pay-per-sale only

The Private Belize Adventure affiliate program is pay-per-sale only. Affiliates do not earn commission for clicks, page visits, inquiries, messages, quote requests, abandoned bookings, cancelled bookings, refunded bookings, no-shows, or unpaid reservations.

Qualified commission

A commission may be earned when a referred traveler completes a confirmed, paid booking that is not cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid. Commission eligibility is reviewed after the tour date and any applicable refund or dispute period.

Monthly payouts

Approved commissions are reviewed and paid monthly according to the payout method and details agreed with the affiliate. Private Belize Adventure may withhold or void commission if a booking is cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed, or generated through prohibited activity.

Tracking links and attribution

Approved affiliates may receive tracking links or codes. Referral visits may be recorded only to help attribute later bookings to the correct partner. Referral visit records do not create commission by themselves.

Brand protection

Affiliates may not bid on Private Belize Adventure branded keywords, domain names, misspellings, or confusingly similar search terms without written permission. Affiliates may not create fake coupons, misleading discounts, false urgency, false scarcity, inaccurate pricing, or claims that Private Belize Adventure has not approved.

Cruise excursion rules

Belize City shore excursions may be promoted to cruise passengers arriving at the Belize City cruise port. Affiliates must not promote San Pedro, Caye Caulker, San Ignacio, Placencia, Hopkins, or other hotel-based tours as cruise ship excursions unless Private Belize Adventure confirms the arrangement in writing.

Content accuracy

Affiliates are responsible for keeping promotional content accurate. Tour availability, pricing, pickup details, duration, inclusions, exclusions, activity levels, and cancellation terms may change. Affiliates should link to the current tour page instead of copying outdated details.

No unauthorized representation

Affiliates are independent marketing partners. They are not employees, agents, owners, or official representatives of Private Belize Adventure and may not make guarantees, collect payments, issue refunds, change bookings, or promise availability unless authorized in writing.

Prohibited activity

Private Belize Adventure may reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate for spam, fake leads, self-referrals, coupon abuse, misleading content, brand bidding, impersonation, illegal activity, poor guest experience, or any conduct that harms the brand.

Changes and termination

Private Belize Adventure may update commission rates, program rules, tracking methods, payout timing, or partner eligibility. Either party may end the affiliate relationship. Valid approved commissions earned before termination may still be reviewed for payment unless they violate these terms.
