Our knowledgeable guides ensure you have an exceptional cave tubing adventure, illuminating the ancient Mayan rituals performed within these dry caves. With your headlamp illuminating the limestone wonders, drift through the entrance to Xibalba – the Mayan underworld.

The Jaguar Paw trek within the Nohoch Che’en Reserve is not to be missed. This memorable trek takes you through the dense forest, enveloping you in the natural beauty of Belize.
We then head to the Xunantunich Mayan ruins, nestled near the Mopan River and Guatemala border. The site is steeped in ancient Mayan history, with the “El Castillo” temple being one of the most impressive structures.
An old-world hand-cranked ferry takes you across the Mopan River, serving as the entrance to this archaeological site. The short but scenic ride sets the tone for the history that awaits.
El Castillo, referred to as the “Maiden of the Rock”, stands at 130 feet, making it the second tallest structure in Belize. As you climb to the top of this pyramid, our guide recounts the tales and myths surrounding Xunantunich. The panoramic view from the summit is unparalleled, offering a vista stretching across Belize and Guatemala.
Explore plazas, ceremonial centers, and ancient ball courts. The temple at Xunantunich and the intricate carvings present an intimate look into the lives of the ancient Maya. The highlight is the frieze on El Castillo, which depicts various elements of Mayan cosmology.
